Where does my portfolio come from?
From the public SFDA device register. Your ARL code identifies every device you represent, and the register is re-read every week.
Do manufacturers need an account?
No. Each request is a secure link for one manufacturer. It expires, you can revoke it, and uploads land in your data room.
Does Certra write submissions for us?
No. It extracts and compares values from documents you hold, and fills letters only from values your team confirmed. It never writes a technical file.
Where is our data stored?
Certra is built to run inside the Kingdom. Every document is encrypted, and you can export or delete your data at any time.
